Return Order Processing Time
The return order service time of Thuscandles.com is Monday-Friday/7:00AM-5:00PM (EST).
Once you apply for a return, we will process the return order for you within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends.

If you need to return the product and meet the return conditions, you can apply for the return in one of the following two ways:

(2) Find the order you need to return on your account order details, submit your return request, and we will review it for you as soon as possible.

Return Requirements
The returned aromatherapy candles should be in brand new.
The returned aromatherapy candles should in their original packaging.
The returned aromatherapy candles should be kept in good condition with no obvious signs of damage.
The returned aromatherapy candles should be no scratched.
The returned aromatherapy candles should be no quantity reduction.
The returned aromatherapy candles should be no melted.
The returned aromatherapy candlesdoes not affect our secondary sales.
Return Process
(2) Once you apply for a return, we will process the return for you within 1-3 business days.
(3) If you need to return the aromatherapy candles, please send it to be returned to 335 Willow Ridge Way, Avondale Estates, Georgia, recipient is Shankira Tolbert.
(4) Please send the order number and courier information to email [email protected] after you sending aromatherapy candles.
(5) Once the returned aromatherapy candles has arrived at Thuscandles.com’s warehouse and has been successfully inspected, the refund process will be started.
Return Shipping Fee Bearer
If it is the customer’s personal reason: dislike color/workmanship/style/smell/feel/shape, the return freight will be for the buyer’s account.
If the aromatherapy candles we sent is defective/damaged/lost/wrong/melted, the return freight will be for Thuscandles.com.
We do not charge a re-listing fee.
Refund Amount
After we receive your returned aromatherapy candles, the refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
